Shipping
1) Delivery system
We ship daily from Monday to Saturday with ELTA Courier. However, in case the product you have chosen is not at the ready, you will be informed via sms or email of the delivery time. As soon as your order is being shipped, you will receive an update with your order's tracking number.
2) Reception by the store
If you wish, you can pick your order up from the store located at Iroon Polytechneiou 24 str., Karditsa. When your order is complete, you will be informed via sms or email so that you know when you can collect it. In this case, shipping rates are not being added onto your order.
Shipping Rates;
Always aiming at the lowest possible burden on our customers, the following applies to all products delivered;
Free shipping for orders above 59,00 euros.
Standard shipping (for orders up to 59,00 euros); 2,50 euros
Pay On Delivery + 2,50 euros
Large volume orders that include large quantities of products will be made through an agency at the recipient's expense. Payment in these cases will be made through a bank account or by credit card before sending the order.
To avoid additional shipping rates, your order will be filled when all products included in it are available. In any case, you will be informed either via a phone call or via email. If you wish the delivery of the available products alone, please call us at 24410 20575.
If there is a problem in processing your order (such as lack of a product from the manufacturer), we will contact you in order to find the best possible solution for your convenience.
Payment options;
1) Pay On Delivery
You will receive the products to the notified address by courier and you will pay the price at the time of receipt.
Pay On Delivery costs 2,5 euros.
2) E-payment by credit/debit card
It is possible to pay using a Visa, Mastercard or Maestro card through the "Piraeus Paycenter" service of Piraeus Bank.
This service is being used for the processing of electronic payment transactions, i.e. for card charges that flow from the site of companies that host online stores where users can pay by debiting their card. In this payment option, the user is redirected from the company's site to a secure Piraeus Bank's page where he fills in his card details.
The page in which card details are entered by the user is secure (using SSL encryption with 128-bit key size), which ensures the confidentiality and secure transfer of card details to "Piraeus Paycenter".
3) Bank deposit
Deposit the amount corresponding to the value of your order in a bank account. Please be sure to write the order number on the deposit slip or in the deposit comments (in case you used web banking).
