If we are unable to deliver the merchandise within the predetermined time (within 1 working day to 1 week for orders in Greece from our receipt of your order, except for non - available products) due to force majeure (eg. bad weather, strikes), we will contact you as soon as possible, in order to tell us if you wish, under these circumstances, completion of your order.
Silkcasa.gr is not responsible for bodily or material harm, caused by mishandling, misplacement or disregard of the safety rules that accompany the products.
Packaging
The online store silkcasa.gr, which you have chosen and from which the delivery of the ordered goods will take place, takes care of the packaging of your order without any additional charge of your own.
Availability
The availability of the products changes daily, depending on the type and the company, so we inform that the products available from any supplier are usually delivered to your place within 1 to 7 working days.
Our company is not responsible for any delivery delay from the company that may be occurred due to lack of stock or political problems with customs or anything else.

Product liability
Silkcasa.gr is responsible for the products available to its customers. All products shipped are packaged. In case of a defective product, the consumer reserves the right to return it with the possibility of its replacement or refund.
Customer's right to withdraw - Returns
Order cancellation
In case the customer wishes to cancel his order for any reason or unnecessarily, he can contact us at 2441 0 20575, or he can email us at info@silkcasa.gr, in order not to send it.
Warranty
Based on the current European legislation, silkcasa.gr is responsible for the products for sale. The products come with a minimum two-year legal guarantee. During this period the consumer has the right to return the product, in case he considers that the one he brought is defective or does not correspond to the advertised appearance or function. Silkcasa.gr engages to verify or not the so - called customer (verification is done either by us (silkcasa.gr), or by the manufacturer / importer). In case the product is proven to be defective due to construction, the customer has the right to request repair of the product or replacement or reduction of price or cancellation of the contract and full refund of the amount paid. In case the product is proven not to be defective, it is simply returned to the customer. In case of sending a defective product, shipping rates are borne by the customer. If the product is proven to be defective, silkcasa.gr will reimburse the customer with the amount of his shipping rates.
Withdrawal - Returns
The customer has the right to check and test the product, as he would in a commercial store in order to determine the features mentioned in his description.
The customer has the right to return the product purchased for any reason or unnecessarily within 14 days from the date of receipt. He may request replacement or refund.
Given possibilities;
Return of non- defective products
A prerequisite for accepting the return of a product that is non defective from our inspection department is to meet the following specifications:
1) Not used.
2) Its packaging has not been altered.
3) Not to be washed.
4) His labels
5) Accompany the product with the retail receipt or invoice.
6) To be packed in order to avoid any deterioration or damage during transport.
The customer is kindly requested to return the products he wants, using the same courier company from which he received the product and a charge to Silkcasa. In this case, the favorable postage cost of 2,5 euros will be passed on the customer upon the shipment of his new order.
The new order that will be sent to him will have an additional shipping charge of 2,5 euros.
If you want a refund, 2,5 euros will be deducted from the money that will be refunded.
In case of using another courier, the postage costs fall on the customer.
Refunds are made within 10 calendar days.
Return of defective products
In case of a defective product there are two possibilities;
1) It can be replaced with the same or similar product
2) The amount of money corresponding to the selling price of the product is refunded. The customer is also reimbursed for shipping rates.
The return of defective products is done exclusively with the courier company from which you received. Shipping rates burden the customer and in case it turns out that the product is defective, the customer will be reimbursed with the amount of shipping.
